FOCUS ON FRANCE - JANUARY 2008

Dear Travel Professionals,

First of all, I would like to wish you a Bonne Année, a very happy and successful New Year.

Even if 2008 is off to a great start, we are aware of several factors, like difficulties in the US economy, oil price records and the weak dollar. In such an environment, travel agents will have more than ever a key role in the success of French tourism in the American market. With your help, we will continue to be able to convince our clients, showing how the diversity of our products can keep France unique and affordable in 2008. A strong marketing plan, with several advertising campaigns beginning this month, will also contribute to our common goal.

With your help, and supported by an extraordinary climate of friendship between our two countries, we can continue the success of 2007 in the new year.

A bientôt

Jean-Philippe Perol

Director of the Americas
